We staying in an executive suit for our honeymoon. It was enjoyable and comfortable. The “breakfast included” was a bit expensive and not really our style… we ended up going to other places..but the rest on the menu for lunch/dinner was really good if you wanted to do room service. The front desk was kind enough to tell us there would be construction going on till 10pm which wasn’t really an issue but it ended up going till past 3:30am on one of the days and that really messed with our sleep having our room on road side. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the room was super clean.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a morning when the water ran out for the entire hotel but they provided us with free breakfast the next morning. Overall, pretty good hotel and location !

We had an incredible stay at T Heritage for our third anniversary. The room was set up with a lovely decoration and gift to celebrate our occasion which we were so grateful for! The staff are an absolute delight - I’m shocked to read recent reviews about the service as I think it’s some of the best we have ever received. All the staff were so polite, helping to carry bags, open doors, make local recommendations and always greet you with a lovely, happy smile. New (may have the spelling wrong) on the front desk was amazing - he went above and beyond for our entire stay! Would recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in Chiang Mai. It was the perfect stay for our special occasion and would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at T Heritage Chiang Mai. The rooms, service and ambience were great. The location is good and staff are helpful and polite. We also enjoyed dining in the Kua Kom Terrace restaurant which served great food. A nice place to chill. Thank you t Heritage team for making our holidays memorable.
